Mitsubishi Corporation is the prime contractor, and we are handling the whole erection and installation of all “Electrical and I & C Erection Works”. The client is Minergy Coal Corporation (MCC). Scope covers the installation of all cable trays and supports; conduit installation (for power, instruments and control cables); cable pulling, dressings and termination; hi-pot testing/functionality test; storage and installation of all instruments and control systems. With the initial fire, synchronization and taking over is fast approaching,, we expedite the works on Boiler 1, Steam Turbine Generators(STG 1,2,3), Transformer Area, Water Treatment Plant, Chlorination Plan, BTG Control building, E&C Building, Coal Handling system, switch yard & others.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER/CONSULTANT at FIRST BALFOUR, INC., Sept. 2014 – Aug. 2015 FIRST BALFOUR, INCORPORATION, AAA, (Parañaque City, Philippines) With the general contractor, managed the initial planning and construction preparation of a highly technical, Hollywood-type Studio Buildings of the proposed ABS-CBN 140-hectares Industrial Complex Facilities in SJDM, Bulacan. Helps in preparing proposals, deliverable, models, structures, organization, scoping, estimation, risk management plan and provide input on constructability. Served as contractor’s representative in the preliminary overall master planning and design. Participated in the weekly design coordination meetings and discussions with Program Manager, international Consultants, and local Consultants. We provided the Engineering data needed for the design development, i.e. topographic & relocation surveys, soil investigation, flood study, groundwater investigation-geophysical method, perimeter fencing of the whole agricultural and hilly properties.
