PRFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 1998-Present : ICOPACK - EGYWRAP - COPACK Group

The group produces Biaxial Oriented Polypropylene Films ( BOPP ) used in the Flexible Packaging Industry, the group is considered as a pioneer in the Middle East with an overall capacity of 35000 Mt and sales volume of $80 M. 2009 - present : MARKETING AND EXPORT MANAGER

Duties :

• Opening and developing new business opportunities in existing and new markets.

• Communicate with export related authorities, and customers, in all relevant territories and countries

• Manage staff of export unit.

• Process export sales orders and prepare and follow up all export documentation and authentication.

• Negotiate contracts for sales and manage renew, review contracts as required to enable effective trading.

• Establishing contacts with customers and distributors in different countries.

• Evaluating and selecting suitable agents to sell and distribute the company products and maintain proper relations with clients and agents.

• Liaising with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective and relevant export activities and support in relation to the organizations sales, purchasing, materials management, production and overall operating functions.

• Manage all financial duties regarding import and export processes in an effective and responsible way. 2006 - 2009 : ASSISTANT MARKETING AND EXPORT MANAGER Duties :

• Standardize current processes and develop new methods to aid to the growth of the company.

• Responsible for 3 major key accounts generating 40% of total exports sales value.

• Contact and follow up export procedures with custom clearance agents.

• Process export sales orders and prepare and follow up all export documentation and authentication.

• Oversee all export documentation and customs administration issues.

• Act as liaison between export / customs and freight forward companies.

• Manage a team of currently 2 Export sales persons, delegating tasks and responsibility appropriately.
