When looking at a potential employee, Bond University in Queensland, Australia is not the typical school listed by impending applicants. Not as well known within the United States, Bond University is measured as one of the top 20 Best Small Universities in the World according to Times Higher Education; with the Business School, particularly the MBA program, considered one of the best in Australia.

My previous career in education provides the transferable skills of communication, a quick ability to adapt, multi-task, teamwork, management, creativity and innovation; which is crucial for prosperity. Holding a different undergraduate background will provide me with a different perspective regarding the tasks I would complete that aid in the longevity of your business.

The business world of today is showing a shift into the unknown and extraordinary, with core values focusing on overall happiness and achievements of individual contributions that provide value to the whole over simply looking at the bottom line. Value is created when skills from an unconventional source are utilized. With these skills, I know I will be a contributing factor to the success of your company.

To transition from education to business, I acquired a coveted internship in the Digital Marketing department at G8 Education, an ASX top 200 company that specializes in the development and expansion of early childhood learning centers. I learned how to utilize a specific CRM system and provided imaginative solutions and slogans that have proved profitable. I was also fortunate to procure a highly-sought internship in the Finance department at Working Capital Partners, an award-winning financial firm in London. I obtained further knowledge of how to analyze banking statements and gained further insight of trade finance and procurement of merit-able investments.

Furthering my rounded experience, I became a temporary Administrative Receptionist where I perfected my administrative abilities and improved the use of Microsoft Suite; and currently became head of financial operations at Sacatelle, a promising start-up in NYC.

Seemingly unconventional due to the high degree of variation found within these two areas, I know I will provide greatest benefit to the company by enabling the use of cross departmental knowledge and skills to develop strategies for success.

Thank you for taking the time to review my resume and for your consideration.
