Pre-Development Stage:

Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives to commence the project.

Create project schedules & prepare the scope of work or BOQ for tendering.

Visiting sites to gather the required information’s which must be shared with the designers to prepare the concept design for review & approval by the team & landlord.

Development Stage:

Provide direction to team members and create schedules with employees and customers & present project strategies to other team members.

Responsible for meeting work standards including production, quality, cost and expenses during the project.

Assist Project Manager to prepare monthly progress reports and document control reports as per projects to properly execute & standardize the team to complete the project on time and within budget.

Ensuring brand owner needs & satisfactions are met as the project evolves while finding and resolving errors throughout the course of the project.

Work with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise.
