Roles & Responsibilities
• To Perform Reservation functions:
Making Reservations, Ticketing, Refunds, Rebooking And exchanging of tickets etc . . . In SITA Software
• Deals with Guest service concerns and complaints, by phone and in person
• C1heck-In guests and provide assistance to special needs guest i.e Unaccompanied Minors, Medical Cases, First Time Travelers, CIPs & Wheel chair guests etc
• Deals with missing, Damage and pilfered baggage cases
• Ensure Air India Guests are adequately briefed and their needs satisfied during the delays and disruptions.
• Surveillance on check in counters, Arrivals, BMA and BBA.
• Meeting guest at arrivals.
• To assist as required with the pre and post flight work and will perform duties as directed by the duty manager.
