Victory holds a Physics degree with Honors from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma Nigeria and Diploma in Facilities Management from Max-Migold FM Training Center, Unilag Campus, Lagos,(in view). These qualifications have equipped him with the key workplace productivity and soft skills as well as the core competencies of professional facilities management. He is currently working to be IFMA certified as a facility management professional FMP.
Victory has more than 10 years experience as a facility coordinator and procurement officer working in a major city like Benin City where he demonstrated strong leadership and analysis skills using scenario planning strategy to solve complex issues, implementing strategy of vendor sourcing through market research efforts, identifying and qualifying potential suppliers, gathering of current pricing and information (on product/services) and leading operations and maintenance teams.
