Managed the development and installation of the AFRC Web Geographic Information System (GIS) made up of a Spatial Database Engine (SDE), ArcIMS, and Oracle database following the Computer Assisted Drafting CAD/GIS Technology Center’s Spatial Data Standard for Facilities, Infrastructure and Environment (SDSFIE).

Created the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Turnpike District National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) contract to develop a GIS/GPS based system for inspections, monitoring, and assessment activities; secured $1M for a 2-year project that delivered a system with an office-based ArcView with Arc Objects GUI that maintained the NPDES data, a tool to enabled a hand held computer used during field inspection to link to an in-house computer, allowing for data analysis and reporting.
This program facilitated the conduction storm water management inspections, prepared field inspection documentation (site sketches, structure lists, field check lists, more.), and reports, prepared NPDES permit applications, tracked and ensured stormwater and NPDES permit requirements were met.
Was primary point-of-contact for the client and managed multiple staff and subcontractors.
Developed and tested many processes that made up the finals system. Software: ArcView, Avenue, ArcInfo ArcEdit, ArcPad, and ERDAS. Conducted software testing and developed the operation handbook.
