Duties & Responsibilities

As counter staff – Evaluation of travel documents and provide boarding pass, bag tags and proper information

Assist arrival and departure captain and other crew members and help to obtain required clearance and documents

As aircraft meet staff – Coordinate various activities required for the safe and proper landing and departure of the aircraft at the scheduled time.

At the arrival hall – Supervise the baggage clearance and do necessary actions in case if there are any missing or mishandled baggage

At the departure hall – Properly verify the boarding pass and enter the details of passengers boarding into the aircraft on computer software

Send daily report and special handling report to concerned stations

Keep the necessary documents properly arranged and filed at the APM office

Submit the required documents to aircraft and at various offices inside airport and inform the concerned officers
