Responsibilities : Preparing and monitoring all surveying equipment, Conducting measured Shelter Survey; Floor plans/ elevations and sections, Preparing and carrying out land and structural surveys on a variety of structures, keeping complete records of work executed on daily basis, checking of as-built works for conformance and ensure as built survey of the completed works is recorded for project hand-over, assisting the planning and Site engineers’ team with progress and measurement of the work.

Project Description:

Scope of work includes, 10km of Road Construction stage (such as Embankment, Sub grade, Sub Base, Asphalt, Wearing Course), Ring Roads instead of this Construction of Bridges, underground Utility Works Such as (Irrigation Water Pipe line, Potable Water Pipe lines, EHV/HV & MV Cable installation) Street Light installation, Concrete Bases, Curb, gutter, Side walk and So. Sometimes a temporary road must build to handle the traffic while the construction of main road is under way.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Topographic survey of construction site area, Road and Earth work by using GPS SYSTEM.

Transferring the Levels and Co-Ordinates from survey of Govt: authorized control points

(datum) to the nearest site locations and confirming the same by connecting to the Datum.

Establishing Main Control Points and Bench Mark at a distance of 2Km apart by GPS System and running a close traverse line in between them to maintain great accuracy.

Checking Setting out and Level works done for Roads works such as (Embankment, Sub grade, Sub Base, Asphalt, Wearing Course), Constructions of concrete structures.

Survey Works of Utilities like Under Ground Pipe Lines, Manholes, Duct Bank sets

Transferring all stored data from the Total station and Digital level to System, To Plot in Auto CAD

Maintaining the Project records for the Levels, Control Points, as built for various structural elements.

Coordination with Site Managements, Engineers, Consultant and Clients.

Daily programming Scheduling, Supervising.

Project Description:

Construction of Strom water outfall (Off Shore) with 1400mm Diameter HDPE Pipe to discharge Strom water collected in Lusail city into the Arabian Gulf Sea (2600meter length) including Dredging, excavation, Pipe installation, U-shaped Ballast Block installation, Air valve Chambers, Armor Rocks, Back Filling.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Check and verify Control Points vertically and horizontally with GPS System and Digital Level by Traversing.

With the help of all Survey Crew Complete the Topography for all the Construction works.

Only with Proposed Drawing calculate the Coordinates and Levels.

Marking the Central Line and initial Leveling for Excavation of Trench by GPS.

Setting out and leveling of Pipe and Block installation are done only with Total Station and Auto Levels.

Transferring all stored data from the Total station and Digital level to System, To Plot in Auto CAD.

To Manage the Site as per Specification, Analyses and Explain Construction Drawing at the Site.

Coordinating all departments, direct interaction with Clients, Contractors.

Developing and Maintaining Accurate Records and Reports to be submitted to Chief Surveyor weekly.

d) DAR AL-ASHGAL Contracting Est. (Saudi Arabia)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise the survey team and survey works, Provide Data and Drawings to the surveyors.

Responsible and in charge for Road Construction (preparing of Embankment using Cut and Fills, Sub Base works, Asphalt) as per approved Drawing.

Establishment of New Control Points and Bench Marks on site.

Preliminary Survey for checking the alignment and elevation of the ground to prepare Level sheets to cross check given Data’s, and drawing.

Establishing Center Lines, Curves, Boundary fixing by Total Station with drawing as given by legal authorities.

Setting out of center lines for Earth works, Sub Base and Pavement of Roads.

Carrying out work request for Site inspection with Consultants.
