SYSTEM ENGINEER / ADMINISTRATOR
PROFILE
My background is multi-facetted in many areas of technology and my primary goal is to use my prior knowledge to gain new. In my years in Information Technology I have fine-tuned my time management and self-direction abilities while also learning to prioritize work and provide the highest quality support as promptly and effectively as possible.
I am the epitome of the term “Technoholic”. I am extremely open to new challenges. This is true even in recreation as custom building gaming PC’s and customizing home theatre and other entertainment devices are two of my favorite hobbies.

WORK EXPERIENCE
MOL-IT America Senior Systems Engineer
April 2006–October 2018
For 8 years I was the sole US presence during the Asian/European shift. I worked closely with global support staff, to provide hands on support to them and maintain 99% uptime. My primary responsibilities included the design, implementation, maintenance, and repair of all server infrastructure, both physical and virtual. I also handled all levels of after-hours support to The Americas. In 2014 I was relocated to the NJ day shift and aided the transition to a 24/7/365 Service Desk based out of India. Additionally, I monitored the availability of all 700+ servers and hundreds of routers, VPN concentrators, and UNIX based Oracle databases. In my time with MOL, my most notable accomplishment was being a part of the team that completely rebuilt our NY based datacenter for a replica datacenter in a managed space in TaiPo, China. In this BCS project we worked with the Network and Database Teams of both China and the U.S. to ensure seamless synchronous redundancy and near 100% global availability. This project included but was not limited to hybrid Azure Cloud integration and O365 Migration and Integration including Sharepoint 365 and migration of Exchange 2010 to the cloud.
Nuwav Technologies Senior Network Engineer
January 2003–January 2006
I received a lot of hands on experience with Exchange 5.5 and 2000 and migrations to later versions. I also managed 10 sites consisting of 40 NT/2000 servers and 500+ workstations throughout the tri-state area along with Project Management of 3 Web Site builds including Graphic Design, HTML and flash movie coding. In my time as Partner and Senior Engineer I was the first to successfully integrate the database of travel packages offered by travel wholesaler Agent.net to the Corporate web pages of travel agencies including Princess Travel Inc. I also designed and implemented the technical infrastructure for The Cabinet Factory, which has 6 locations in the Tri State Area.
Commonwealth Associates Network Administrator
August 2001–January 2003
My primary responsibilities included maintaining 27 Windows NT servers and 250 workstations across the network. I was responsible for maintenance of all technically related inventories and invoicing as well as working directly with the CFO and CIO to decipher ways of cutting costs while increasing productivity. As one of only 2 IT personnel in the company and the only one onsite full time, I also supported 150+ local end users on a regular basis as well as up to 50 remote access users through Citrix.
