Processed mass datasets for analyses of metabolites and lipids in CSF and plasma of control versus depressive subjects by creating a new method of statistical analysis
Using primarily Principle Component Analysis, Partial Least-Squares Discriminant Analysis, and Student’s T-test, found patterns and individual differences of metabolites and lipids, suggesting changes in the brain and body composition of depressive subjects
