Story & Side Notes:
Started video editing and designing graphics almost 6 years ago as a hobby. Some friends had a band and we were on your and I documented our fun times. One of the band members landed a Worship Pastor position and shortly after i started attending that church. After some time, the lead pastor wanted to try some video work. As a volunteer, I learned some of the adobe software that was available (trial versions) and I started to shoot and editing a weekly video announcement video and made some graphic for sermon series. I was working at another job when the pastor asked me to come full time and do this as a job (which shocked me because I had no bg or experience in this field.) As the years progressed, I assumed other responsibilities. We installed some intelligent lighting and controllers and i learned how to do all of that (install, patch, control). Later, while i was there, we wanted to start doing IMAG (image magnification (live video)) and use live cameras during our services. I researched and implemented a system that consisted in 5 live cameras, a full production room for live switching, archiving, and broadcasting. Over the past 5 years, I have also worked with a team to Brainstorm set design. I was the main person responsible for all the audio and video and lighting needs.
