Capstone Project: I did capstone project in the last semester of my program, this well-planned six step team project (business opportunity, marketing, human resource, operation, finance and accounting) linked all of my learnings from all of the past semesters and enabled me to practice and apply the skills developed while strategizing for a potential, viable and sustainable, new venture. The project was included:
Developing an integrated business plan and minimizing financial and operational risks.
Developing a marketing plan, customer service philosophy and corporate responsibility strategy.
Dealing with changes in internal and external environments.
Developing an operations plan that supports our company’s strategies.
Enabling to assess the financial outlook of our company and comply with business and taxation requirements.

I was responsible for documenting health and safety, grievances, absences, performance reports, compensation and benefits information, gathering information on new applicants, contacting references, informing employees of their hiring status, answering employee questions, tracking vacation and sick time, updating and entering data, setting appointments and arranging meetings.
Arranged and assisted meetings between executives and more than a hundred departmental employees.

Developed precise standards to make sure that OSHA laws are followed in the construction zone and accurately tracking workplace accidents.
