Contact Lexus corporate for customer related issues. Review repair orders for month end statistics. Assist sales with after purchase product and service set up. Verify warranty through Dealer Daily and Lexus National Service History.

August 31 2005 to January 2018:

I held a senior lead office staff for the past thirteen years. Review contracts, financial packages and forward the documents to lenders. Billing the incoming purchased vehicles, issue payoffs for trade-in vehicles, post aftermarket warranty. Post ACH payments for contracts and research part invoices. Perform month end parts statement reconciliation. Post warranty payments from manufacturers, and manufacture's incentives. Challenge the unpaid, and performing monthly reconciliation of all accounts. Forward manufacturer rebates, and follow up on payments. Post pre delivery inspection payments, challenging the unpaid claims. Posting lender payments on dealer participation and challenging unpaid balances. Handle submission of Notary Public, and producer license applications. Perform the dealership daily updates with the new vehicle inventory. Post incoming vehicle inventory to accounting. Processing non-sufficient fund (NSF) checks for payments and forwarding to district attorney's office for further action when indicated. Submitting 8300 forms to IRS. Bill chargeback commission on unpaid reserves and prepare monthly statement for finance directors. Perform weekly schedule clean up. Utilize USC, and Excel software program for various work applications in the office.
