VMS RECEPTION:

A.Receiving and assisting visitors to the site, issuing them with the appropriate ID passes, directing them to the correct destination and contacting the relevant host.

B.Assume duties and responsibilities such as answering phone calls, room plotting reservations and receiving deliveries.

C.Responsible for the safekeeping of lost and found items.

D.Responsible of processing for gate pass ingress and egress, working permit and all internal forms.

E.Responsible for monitoring of all contractors on site and to ensure that they have work permits and gate pass which signed by the Client.

F.Prohibit egress and ingress of company property from the premises without proper gate pass duly signed by the Client.

DETACHMENT COMMANDER/OFFICER:

A.Responsible for the overall security operations within the assigned detachment, welfare, training and progression of my subordinates, maturing them and giving them self-confidence, leadership life skills and recognition from their peers, superiors and in clients.

B.Ensure the completeness of manpower requirements of the detachment. Make assessment of manpower needs in regards to the demand of the detachment especially during special events and functions.

C.Conduct a daily 30-min security briefing to all incoming guards and discuss current security issues/update and instructions of the client and/or the agency. Exercise command and control over the entire Detachment Security force.

D.Conducts random post inspection to all security personnel in order to make sure that all existing procedur and policy are properly implemented. Inspection of post which includes proper bearing and or wearing of appropriate uniform, inspection of logbooks, documents/files and other important equipment’s at the respective area.

ENTRANCE GUARD

A.Conduct bag checking of all employees, contractors, visitors and managers before entering the company premises using search stick.

B.Familiarize the faces and names of all employees especially the managers coming in and out of the company.

C.Maintain a clear and orderly post logbook for recording of activities and instructions.

D.Prepare and submit incident/Observation report to the Officer on time on any unusual occurrences noted during Tour of Duty.
