Roles and Responsibilities:

Surface-Mount Technology - The components are mounted directly onto the the surface of the Printed Circuit Board (PCB)

• According to blueprints,verify the detailed assembly, inspection and soldering of integrated circuits and components.This kind of Inspection are done using microscope,with strict ESD and safety requirements. Through-Hole Technology- The components leads are inserted into holes of the Printed Circuit Board (PCB).

• Perform Incoming Receiving & Final Inspection

• Inspect parts in accordance with receiving inspection instructions

• Inspection consist of testing electronics assembly with help of prints, schematics, visual inspection etc.

• Perform visual inspection on electronics assembly.

• Reject parts that do not meet company standards.

• Make recommendations for improvements based on failure rates.

• Work with the management team to devise for the better production method to reduce error rates.

• Entering inspection result & data in computer (data entry). Enter all job done in inspection logs including defects.

UV Inspection:

• Inspection of conformal coated circuit boards is a critical process that should be carried out on completion of the finishing process.

• Manual Inspection of circuit boards after conformal coating application is the main method used by >95% of the electronics manufacturing world.

• First point is to provide the perfect conditions where an operator can easily inspect conformal coated circuit boards without fatigue to body or eyes that provide the highest quality results for the conformal coating process.
