Synopsis

I am a discipline quality assurance/quality control engineer/welding inspector with chemical engineering background. Presently I am an AWS CWI (LISCENCE NUMBER 16081431) I have worked on some major projects with over ten (10) years of Quality experience in various aspects of structural fabrication, Welding & NDE evaluation. These experience spans but are not limited to fabrication, welding and coating of storage tanks, sound attenuated canopies, exhaust mufflers, panel boxes, telecommunication masts/ towers. I have demonstrated competence in planning and management, construction and supervision: ensuring that all work is executed in line with project drawings, specifications, procedures and international code and standards.

My experience further stretched out in the management of Quality methodology such as; Quality management system (QMS), Project quality planning, Quality system documentation, Quality scheduling & reviews, Quality auditing, NCR & CAR management, Quality risk management, Surface preparation (painting / coating) and QA practices (monitoring, checks, verification, and reporting).

I slashed payroll by 30%, increased productivity by 25% and profitability by 25% because I reduced rework to zero.

I reduced customers complains plausibly that I brought a great relief to the sales team as the sales had a growth of about 20% because I together with my team built quality into the operation/production processes.

I improved safety effectiveness and efficiency, as safety has been recording ZERO accident in the past five years and near miss has gone down by about 80%, because I built in safety into the production processes.
