Canara Bank is an Indian state-owned commercial bank with a large Public-sector bank having more than 45000 people and 3300 location all over the world. This is a PeopleSoft HRMS 9.0 version includes Core HR & Enterprise Learning end-to-end implementation and many Bolt on modules. My role was to Configure and customize delivered PeopleSoft, based on user requirements and worked on few Bolt-on like Holiday Homes and Allotment of residential Quarters.

Involved in requirement gathering, conduct fit gap workshop for the entire Enterprise Learning module and analyzed the flows and functions of legacy system, map data sheet & business process with new system.
