Recovered over $10,000 in overpaid insurance premiums by conducting an audit of the employee benefits program and removing exited employees from all lines of coverage.

Responsible for recruiting at all levels, onboarding, manager training, investigations, disciplinary actions, exits, employee benefits administration, and compliance with all state and federal regulations.
