Found a better process and this generated a quicker solution response to the occurring defects of the tiles. The company had four defects warpage, sizing, surface defect, and shading. Corrective actions were proposed to the company to resolve defects, including evaluating temperature settings, adding a camera system to detect incorrect loading.
