HCM has come with the human resources (HR) function in organizations. It contains the modules like Core HR, payroll, time& attendance management, Leave management Air Ticket management, Unauthorize employee separation,Record Duty Resumption, Loan Module .
1) Payroll Module:
In this Module we can store the set of employee’s pay set data which contains the pay elements. It considers the leave and attendance data, CTC details. Based on that salary will be processed.
2) Time and Attendance & Leave Management:
This module maintains leave data and information, apply for leave and get approval from their managers through an extensive set of user-defined parameters, available in the application.
3) Unauthorize Employee Separation :
In this module maintains Employee unauthorize information,once employee initiated has been authorized,using this module to unauthorize the authorized employee separation,it will revert employee details .
4) Air ticket Management :
In this module maintains Employee eligibility, Accured units,Available ticket units,Encash units,Adjust ticket units .
5) Record Duty Resumption :
In this module maintain the employee’s who have gone on leave can update their duty resumption date after resuming to work. This feature helps HR admin to keep track on employee’s duty resumption date and history of records of the employees. The HR admin can authorize or reject the duty resumption date updated by the employee.
6) Loan Module:
In this module maintain employee loan details, instalment amount.
