This project deals with business-to-business electronic communications and transactions by automating the entire Electronic Commerce(EC) cycle – from order to electronic payment. Scope of the project is to Host and implement an end-to-end Integration between the customer and their trading partners in IBM managed hosted SaaS services(GISHI) and Handle the production issues.

Role & Responsibilities

Interacting with Customers and its trading partners to collect information about the way they communicate and the messages they send electronically.

Configuring the communication setups like AS2, FTP, HTTP, and HTTPS to exchange document in a secured way.

Configuring INBOUND and OUTBOUND flows for each TP and Customers.

Creating envelopes, deploying the maps, defining the GIODE rules for the end to end flow.

Working on Customer Information Control System (CICS) for adding EDI ID Code, creating BEDI setup & reports, viewing mailbox information, file search, file restart etc

The EDI clearing center (ECC) deals with setup and maintenance of the electronic exchange of business documents,e.g., orders, Order confirmations, delivery schedules,invoices etc.

Handling inter-plant sales and sales process for both the internal and external suppliers.

Interacting with SAP MM & SD team for the EDI settings to be maintained for the first time of implementation

Working on SAP to process the idoc manually, recreate the idoc,and to analyze the error in SAP system

HP’s EDI system will translate ASN document into an XML file, EDI 810/INVOIC will generate in to the XML documents for loading to CNP+.The CNP+ application will generate AP/AR payment files (XML) on a daily basis that will be sent by the HP Seeburger application to Philips target location via AS2 protocol.
