Presented my 3-part seminar series on Entrepreneurship at the Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School in Marlborough MA. Students learned the basics of taking ideas and turning them into profitable businesses.
Emceed and collaborated with the First Lego League Regional Competition, hosting 36 teams of students who developed robots designed to perform strategic tasks on a playing field. I worked with the robotics instructors and teams
Presented at the BethDigital Kids Business Expo at the DCU Center in Worcester MA. 20,000 young entrepreneurs and families in attendance hear me speak about how to recognize and develop their skills to be better suited to run their own businesses.

Senior Product Development Engineer

Responsible for the creation of the Optics R&D department in an effort to design all-optical DWDMs utilizing thin-film filter technology.
Successfully completed hiring, training, facilities layout, equipment evaluation, prototype design, documentation, qualification testing, and management of engineering technicians. Project was completed within cost and time budgets.

Responsible for design and fabrication of prototype optical packaging including WDM, OAD, GFF, and Tunable Bandpass Devices.
Completed a 3-month project in Los Angeles, where I headed up a team of engineering technicians to create a working prototype for the Allegheny Fiber Optic Network
