Process purchase orders, and requisitions and travel forms.in the LSU Departments detailed specifications for purchase orders for delivery to director.

Process more than 120 student worker employees’ timesheets and payroll.

Personnel/Supervision:

Process Human Resource Management’s forms for classified, graduate and student employees.

Supervised and train graduate assistants, student workers and transient employees.

Conduct orientation and formal training sessions for employees in order to promote a professional and positive image for department.

Preform annual evaluations of supervised employees with feedback information on their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
