● Specifying the scope of the project in coordination with my employer and our client using simplification to present the investigation

● Influence suppliers to develop potential solutions in the context of business development. Overseeing their progress and summarizing it for my client

● Sourced and identified potential suppliers to provide solutions capable of answering to the requirements established reducing the research time

● Establishing the process to assess the required capabilities to reach the client needs

● Establishing the process to determine if the solution reaches the required capabilities

● Planning the tests schedules (time, parameters, context)

● Corresponding with internal suppliers to deal with machine time and workers time opportunities

● Executing the tests, documenting and evaluating the results by comparing it to the requirements.

● Delegating tasks by working with operators in a syndicated environment

● Analyzing, structuring and documenting the results and potential solutions by integrating them in home-made Excel template and Power-Point template. This helped to summarize and present the progress to the client and my employer.
