Financial Reporting

Coordinate and prepare financial statement / reports for the Board of Directors

Prepare and adjust general ledger, journal entries, trial balance and bank reconciliation

Prepare month-end reconciliation and analyze financial statement

Overlooking payroll management activities

Forecast financial data and prepare periodic budgets Accounts Receivable and Payable

Reconcile accounts receivables and payables and analyze aging reports

Check and verify the accounting entries with source documents

Treasury Management

Recognize and analyze investment opportunities, prepare feasibility reports and advise the Board of Directors on investment options

Minimize financial expenses and maximize return on investment by negotiating for better rates and options with banks

Manage foreign exchange to mitigate financial risk
