BRIEF OVERVIEW

Presently working with Air Works India Engineering Pvt. Ltd. as a Store Executive since 12th May 2015 and responsible for carry out below mentioned functions:

General control over all activities of stores

Ensuring that all incoming shipments are entered in the inward register

Ensuring that all items kept in store are neatly packed and labeled

Dispatch of items when required

Ensuring that tools issued are accounted properly as per procedure.

Ensuring that none of the items held in stock are storage life expired

Responsible to maintain all records of inventory

Responsible for accounting all customer spares covering receipt, inward activity and binning

Coordinate with the stores inspector for inspection and tagging of parts

Coordinate with planning for Material Request (MR) and arrange for respective issue of such materials

Coordinate with maintenance and planning and ensure that unused/excess materials are returned to stores

Ensure that all registers are updated and maintained as required.

Worked with Blue Dart Aviation in Engineering stores department since Jan 2015 till Apr 2015 on following aircrafts and engines:

Controls & track inward and outward entry of material movement.

Processing the bills creating PO, PR & GRN after material received from vendor.

Knowledge of TRAX AND ARMS

Involvement in documentation and quality work as well.

Worked as a Stores Department in Global Aviation M/S Jet Airways India Pvt Ltd since Jan 2014 till 10 Dec 2014.

Actively corresponding with manufacture & vendor for all maintenance activity

Looking after repair & calibration of all the items.

Controls & track inward and outward entry of material movement.

Processing the bills creating PO, PR & GRN after material received from vendor.
