Trained seven new tutors, teaching tutoring skills, academic writing skills, editing skills, and professional conduct during weekly one-hour training seminars and on-the-job training.

Worked with a scheduling supervisor and co-training supervisor to create a new online writing center, including interviewing and hiring employees; communicating with the university to obtain work space, computers, and a webpage for the center; and creating and implementing a training program. Composed, designed, and edited a 26-page online tutor training manual using Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign.
