Performing daily routine inspection and preparing a daily report to QA/QC Manager

To review WIR/RFI /MIR prior to submission for PMC

Reviewing approved SD/IFC drawing

Carried out all interior finishing activities both internal and external landscape scope (block work, painting, tiles, false ceiling, roofing system, kitchen cabinet, vanity counter, etc.

Carried out frequency inspection as per Approved ITP on each activities

Monitoring daily on going activities at site as per Approved M/S and with accordance with project specification and QCS standard

Preparing Defect report for any post pour concrete found defect (e.g. Honeycomb, crack,

Void, cold joint, pin holes, bulging etc.)

Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.

Carryout inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at site is as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.

Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site Engineer in-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of Non-Conformance Report (NCR).

Report to the QA/QC Manager, control and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS

Monitor the quality control indicators and alert sub-contractor site engineers in cases of deviation and propose corrective measures to be applied.

Review Drawings & Specifications, Laboratory Test Results, Inspection and test plan, and Method Statements for implementation.
