RESPONSIBILITY

Undertaking the work of A.G. and U.G. piping fabrication and Erection as given below as per ASME B31.1 & B31.3 and ASME SECTION IX.

Familiar with GAD, ISOMETRIC, and P & ID Drawings.

Follow the procedure for fabrication, erection, welding, NDT, PWHT & Hydro Testing for Power Plant Piping (Material Group: ASME A335, A106 B, A312, and A333).

To maintain record, Document & work status of relevant activity as per ISO.

Follow the piping supports standard and support sketch.

Preparation of cutting plan, marking, fit up & inspection of weld visual with General Arrangement drawings & Fabrication drawings & marking drawing.

To Co-ordination with Client, Sub-contractor & Engineering Department regarding technical problem.

Co-ordination with QA/QC for NDT & Punch point.

Inspection of tool tackles & material to avoid delay in fabrication & erection.

Monitoring of all welders in process as per WPS.

Witnessing welder qualification, verification and documentation of Welder progress report.

Supervise and lead team of worker to perform on site work.

Estimate the materials requirements and workers to complete the jobs.

Monitor job progress and ensure work at targeted schedule.

Prepare report on job status and project completion.

Man power handling.

Handling daily progress report, meeting with Clint, daily planning.

Responsible for Fabrication and Erectin from ISO Drawing.

Safety –Responsible for personal safety, equipment safety, other worker’s safety and safe working practices for the project.
