Guidewire platform implementation of desktop and mobile application for the state of Massachusetts. I am replacing the Program Manager while she is out on maternity leave.

Management of development and QA Leads for the implementation of Guidewire applications. I introduced metric reporting to the client Amica Insurance. My second client is Met Life/BrightHouse financial where is lead 3 project managers responsible for retirement systems projects. Program Engagement Director is my primary role. In this role I manage 100 QA Consultant both on shore and off shore.
