Roles & Liability:

Quality Manufacture Aluminium alloy according to INTERNATIONAL Standards.

Manufacturing Alloy specifications standards Alloy in4253/50016/DTVS/LM27/DTVS/C355/LM25/ADC12/ADC12(HI-SI)/ALSI9CU3/SCM14/ALSI12FFE/ALSI10MGMN/BMW ETC…

Certification of incoming Raw material in house alloying.

Manufacturing alloy from secondary aluminium alloy SCRAP for cost effective alloy with right mechanical properties.

Testing the properties (HTS/LOI/AFS) resin coated shell core sand used manufacturing casting.

Analysing microstructure of aluminium casting for defects.

Responsible in QC problem solving techniques link, 7qc tools, 5Why analysis, Fishbone etc..

To ensure the process as per operations and control plan and filling of check sheets.

E-mail the previous day’s lot acceptance report (LAR) and defective parts per million (DPPM) report to all the related departmental heads.

Demeanour daily meetings with all related departmental heads to address daily issues like LAR and DPPM.

Hourly process issues are monitor and if there is any issue in production, action will be taken immediately to stop such recurrences in future. The same is also immediately documented..

To ensure daily 6S is followed in all stages.

Doing root cause analysis and take necessary action to avoid future recurrence.
