Responsibilities: As a member of the operations team I am charged with maintaining several accounts as a Supply Chain Management / Logistics Coordinator. I work with our vendors and select carriers to maintain transport lanes between vendors and their end customers. I coordinate the communication between vendors (my direct costumer) and carrier about transport lanes and individual load ETA’s as well as any other pertinent information about their account on daily basis. I also create, track and communicate any contractual information required by our customers to ensure accurate billing, these reports are submitted weekly to our finance team.

Responsibilities: I joined the operations team at the M & M Transport in October of 2016. I run and maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for the regional manager and the corporate office. Work with brokers to find and route loads for the trucks. I also create and price lanes for the trucks to increase revenue and that function with existing lanes. Dispatch local drivers to pick up and deliver loads in local area in a timely matter. Work with the safety department with complying with DOT regulations reviewing DriveCam videos with the drivers.

Responsibilities: I was the Terminal Manager from November 2013 through October 2016. I had approximately 25 licensed CDL Drivers and 1 Dispatcher that directly reported to me. I was responsible for scheduling pickups from shippers and coordinating delivery to the consignee while ensuring that my drivers are in full compliance with DOT regulations. I run daily quality reports to ensure that if an EDI code is required that it is entered correctly as well as tracking the load delivery times of my drivers in comparison to the customers expected delivery time. The variance is then reported to the customer as well as Premier Transportation Corporate offices.
