Prepare Job Description

Recruit the right candidate in the right place(for the doctors in their specialty and allied health professional in their concers area of expertise)

Do the data flow( pPrimary Source Verification) employment check up for the selected applicants thorough online web portal.

Liason between NHRA(Health Profession regulatory authority in Kingdom of Bahrain) to submit he application for the license approval.

Eligible candidates apply for the Visain LMRA system in Bahrain through online.

Arrange for the visa, transportation and accommodation for the selected applicants.

Job orientation for the new employees as per the standars of the JCI requirements.

Do the national identity card and arrange the visa medical for the employees.

Conduct performance appraisal for the newly joined employees as per the JCI and NHRA Standards.

Maintain the leave schedules of the workers and planning and organizing their leave plans..
