Professional Experience:

St Cloud State University: - Graduate Assistant (August 2018 to Present) Support and work directly with program directors throughout their daily activities like responding to inquiries from prospective students and planning for information sessions

• Team lead for both semesters and took lead in orienting the new team of graduate assistants in the spring semester.

Infectious Diseases Institute - Uganda. - Project Coordinator (November 2017 to July 2018) Lead a team of project field staff in the implementation of comprehensive HIV care services in the rural communities of western- Uganda. Act as a link between the organization and the district heads to allow successful implementation of the PEPFAR/CDC guided district led programing model of project implementation. Drafting field office workplan plans and budgets as well as utilization per department, act as an authority and primary accounting officer for field office project funds. Oversee weekly project outputs and guide the team to use data driven intervention to achieve project targets.

• Developed different daily and weekly data tracking dashboard to easy data review and re- streamline field office activity priorities.

• Lead role in training of Ministry of health medical professionals who actively manage people living with HIV, and reporting of outcomes of the new WHO HIV treatment guidelines. Technical Support Team Lead. (August 2016 to October 2017) Worked under the project coordinator to lead the team for field activities and ensure activity implementation as per the guidelines. Daily reporting to the project coordinator and field data review. Weekly planning for activities and act as onsite supervisor in the absence of the coordinator.

• Took lead in district planning and training of TB treatment guidelines.
