Responsible to define long term logistics strategy and execute distribution for both Forward and Reverse Logistics, building alliances with 3rd Party Logistics, Repair Centers and carriers. Responsible for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system selection to support Polaroid’s needs and long-term solutions for customer forecasting, inventory management, demand planning and finance. Alongside, also I am responsible to find Electronic Data Interchange compatible companies to integrate with ERP system to secure a flawless process for both Forward and Reverse Logistics.
