Provide accurate and timely advice on Indirect Taxes and ensuring compliance with legislation
Developing the central VAT compliance team to evaluate and improve processes.

Coordinate with external consultants and advisors on matters related to VAT
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that management and accounts for each of the Group and associated companies are prepared by the 10th working day of the month.
Prepare consolidated report of the financial statement for the year to date for the Board of Directors of FAAZ Holdings on a quarterly basis.
Prepare presentation of the annual Budget for each Group company for approval by the Board of Directors.
Manage and control department/division expenditure within agreed budgets
In charge of IFRS implementation in KSA and IFRS9, 15 &16 in all entities.
Analysis and Optimization of cash flow/ financial performance/ financial reporting and annual forecasting
Provide financial reports/ analysis/ advice to board members/ CEO/ stakeholders/ clients in terms of short-term and long-term decision making/ financial risk management.
Handling and Administration of bank and insurance issues/ financing arrangements, LCs, Guarantees, Performance Bonds.
