Detailed design of HVAC, Plumbing.
Coordinates with the Modeling department & all engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, special systems & controls for the checking and issuing of HVAC & Plumbing detailed drawings and shop drawings.
Coordinate with external consultants for Architectural & structural.
Preparation of IFC drawings for contractor.
Prepares material take-offs for Engineering Procurement and Construction.
Engineering Calculations/ Analyses/ Studies - Advise and direct the project team in the creation of engineering calculations, analyses, and studies.
Proficient with engineering software applications.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities somewhat important. The ability to prepare and present complex program proposals and reports to senior level management and customers is critical.
Receives "as built" information from the Project Management Team, reviews content and, if satisfied, passes to drafting for production of drawing.
