Human Resource Accounting and Administration (2011 to 2018)

Provided administration support to the Global Banking Markets (GBM) Finance & Administration Senior Manager role, Global Risk Management (GRM), and Group Treasury (GT) business lines’ Human Resources function including letter preparation, updating HR files and presentations.

Provided HR with data management and analytics expertise including metrics to reflect the current staffing situation and evaluate various employee related data. Created ad hoc reports. Partnered with the HR Call Centre and Horizon team to create and maintain the organization chart reflecting changes in staff and title.
