Earthway Products: 2010 to Current Position: Supervisor/Lead Technician: Supervising a staff of 20 people including skilled labor. Responsible for all operations of the facility. Quality, scrap control, productivity, scheduling, and administrative duties. Process adjustment, as well as new product set-up are my responsibilities as well.

Responsibilities: Supervising a team of 20 to 30 employees, troubleshooting all equipment for a tier 1 automotive parts supplier. Responsible for making sure all processes are being followed. All KPI’s were my direct responsibility. I was involved with Kaisen, SMED, and championed the implementation of 5S.
Position: Technician 2001-2003
Responsibilities: Troubleshooting all equipment for an automotive parts supplier, and custom molding facility. All technical aspects of the production floor were my direct responsibility. Set-up, process control, and automation set-up were as well. All current and new process control documentation was my focus. All quality issues came to me to be fixed.

Responsibilities: Troubleshooting all equipment for an automotive parts supplier. I was Responsible for every technical aspect of the production floor. I also had supervisor responsibilities on the weekends. I am Proficient in making quality decisions, and production decisions. Process control was a major focus in my day to day duties.
