Furnished and installed solar panels and an Energy Management System for 70 roof top a/c units.

Supervised the installation of gas turbine foundations and equipment for Dominion Resources.

Issued and oversaw contractors repairing 450,000 sq ft of 38 buildings retirement facility damaged from termites and poor construction; following the revamp, this location became one of the most lucrative East coast sites. Supervised and managed the installation of 60 roof top Trane units
