I believe I am the most qualified for this job, because I have completed my M,Sc and M, phil in psychology and Phd in psychology, In addition to that, I have completed LLB, out of my total 27 years experience in FMCG industry by managing man and statutory compliances is very important in my profession and mandatory for every establishment, which I had in the field of rural related agri and dairy operations, so my service is very close to your expected goal-oriented position, which relates to human resources management . Presently working as Head procurement (south India) General manager (Procurement and sales) for a 6 lakh SMP and 2 lakh milk and curd plant at palamaner -chitttor, To prepare of MCC around south india and sales planning. Having knowledge to work for south India area.
In Dodla plant handled 2,50,000 LPD selling liquid milk and curd byproducts’ in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, leading a team of 400+ members. Milk and byproducts curd, lassie, Butter, Doodh peda, Butter milk, Pannier, Milk cake, and Junnu. ).
We are operating 40 Chilling centers around the Andhra Pradesh Karnataka, and Tamilnadu, more than
10,000 LPD Procurement chilling centers (nearly 5, 60,000 to 6, 50,000 LPD In cow Region, to take necessary Stock clearance and other required material supply (Lab chemicals, feed, cleaning detergents, medicines and other time to time problems attending at the centers and farmers .)
