The office being the point of contact between the central government and state government, liaisoning with different ministries in central government, delivering first hand information to the state regarding funds, high level meetings called for by the ministries and other important official matters.

Rendering full secretarial assistance to states dignitaries such as chief minister and other cabinet ministers including high ranking officials visiting New Delhi on duty.

Maintain effective and continuous flow of communication information between the officer and the concerned department’s team by distinguishing by the importance and urgency of priorities, organize arrange or insure preparation of documentation for meetings and presentation internal external in order to ensure the achievement of objectives for each meeting presentation and all necessary pre and post meeting is completed, complete numerous and diverse range of tasks such as travel arrangements and assisting with personal matters and issues in order to create a supportive and effective environment for the Officer to complete his duties, complete all administrative duties such as orders and office tasks to direct other departments heads and staff in order to achieve maximum response and compliance, communicating with the people within the organization to ensure smooth coordination and work flow to ensure the Officer’s directions delivered to the departments heads and staff.
