I have over 20 year experience in different sector like in Mining, Power Stations, Oil and Gas Chemical and Industries. I also possess vast experience in repair, Maintenance and calibration of Control valve, Pressure Level, Flow and Temperature in the flied of Instrumentation. Troubleshooting, Commission and setting address and diagnose Profibus devices of Profibus network. Configuration and software change, upgrade for new and old installation require for Simatic S7 PLc and T3000 DCS for Siemens. I am also good in panel wiring, electronic and electrical circuit designing, cable termination, installation testing and commissioning. I’m a reliable, target driven person who able to work under pressure without supervision as part of a team. My current working for Siemens as Senior commissioning Technician at Medupi Power Station.

In charge of a team of Boilermakers and Electricians, and responsible for leading the development and Implementation of all Instrumentation Projects and strategic Stores activities. Also in command of ensuring that the companies and its customer goals are aligned and met. Installation supervision of various Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument calibrate items as well as specialized Processing Equipment

Pressure/Temperature/flow /Level Transmitter (DP type) Calibration of various Smart and non-smart Transmitters like Make-Foxboro, Rosemount, Siemens, Endress Hauser Khrone and Level Measurement Displacer types. Troubleshooting, commission and Setting address and diagnose PROFIBUS devices of PROFIBUS networks on DP and PA,ASI systems IFM ASI wiring of slaves. Software changes, upgrade for new installation and software requires for S5 or S7 Siemens PLC and WinCC, Factory Link Scada.

Inspect valve body, seat, cage, plug, stem and diaphragm for damage
