Description: The project involves maintenance and enhancements to American Express Benefit Connect system. The business objective is to maintain information pertaining to enrolments in Fee based and Free Card Service products offered by American Express to its customers. The Card Service products offered by American Express are either fulfilled internally or via external Vendor partners. Benefit Connect acts as an interface between various internal applications and external Vendor partners to support the fulfilment of Card Services products. These Products cater to various lines of business such as Insurance, Publication, Card management, Finance, Telecommunication etc.
This is a managed maintenance and enhancement project involving requirements elaboration, design, build, testing, implementation and warranty support. The system will be enhanced in multiple releases using the staged waterfall development methodology which will help American Express to grow its business.
