Sr. Project Manager, Operations December 2017 – Present

Responsible for managing and implementing process improvements to support operations of the facility. In this roll I worked directly with Process engineers and design specialists. Oversee on-site Construction Contractors to track budget and on time efficiency. Worked with Injection Mold manufacture to improve mold and parts quality, Upgraded N2 evaporators to improve and increase N2 capabilities at the facility, Upscaled production process from 300-gallon batch size to 6000-gallon batch size, Improved batch cycle times by 70% on dry solids additions in process production, working on improvements to production building ventilation systems for proper air movement and climate control.

TRECORA CHEMICAL, PASADENA, TX

Project Manager March 2017 – December 2017

Responsible for management and commissioning of process improvement projects. In this roll I worked directly with Process engineers and design specialists. Oversee on-site Construction Contractors to track budget and on time efficiency. Projects include Polyethylene wax shear and melting processes, Polyethylene pellet conveying systems, Startup and commissioning of 1800 psig RIX Hydrogen compressor skids. Startup and commissioning of LEWA 1800 psig high pressure feed systems. Water and Caustic transfer system piping improvements and automation. PSM responsibilities as it relates to projects, including MOC, PHA, PSSR, and NDT requirements.

Sr. Maintenance and Construction Manager May 2012 – September 2016

Responsible for the management of on-site Maintenance group and support contractors including daily work scheduling and implementation of best practices. Currently manage Maintenance Project design and development, warehousing for the Maintenance and Construction group, budgetary requirements for all areas of responsibility, annual capex budget 12 million, annual maintenance budget 5.5 million. Responsible for daily Maintenance and Construction of a facility during construction phases and start up. Responsible for budgetary requirements in excess of 15 million per year. Compliance to local government regulations as it applies to the Construction industry in Singapore. Coordinated logistics of overseas deliveries in and out of the country. Preformed equipment conversions for voltage and equipment requirements for equipment. Qualified foreign workers hiring of personnel. Developed purchasing and vendor histories for the facility. Developed and implemented PM programs for the facility. Traveled to various locations such as Sao Paulo Brazil and the Middle East to evaluate plant equipment and facility purchases.
