Retention Representative- Provided customer service through inbound calls to card holders by improving satisfaction with their existing card and features reeducating card holders on the benefits of their current card. The objective was to keep them from closing their account.

Wireless Sales Expert- Handled all aspects of store operations based within Staples store. Led store in phone contract, and accessory sales, assisted district manager with recruiting and training of new employees. Provided technical support for customers and acted as a liaison between customers and wireless service providers.
