Objective
HR Manager
Resumé
I help companies profit and achieve their goals. Large HR experience in heavyweight multinational and national companies in the following areas: Oil & Gas, Industry, Services, Technology, Construction.
Over 25 years of experience as an administrator specialized in HR and Operations, acting with the general focus of implementing large scale businesses and operations, generating value and efficiency.
In my path as an HR manager in countries like Angola, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Spain, Portugal, and many others, I gathered and deepened my cultural, professional and personal baggage. I was able to observe, learn, adapt and develop skills which allowed me to grow in all senses while keeping the ability to innovate.
I believe in big projects, for I’ve taken part and helped to see through a number of those both locally and globally and I am sure I can successfully lead new enterprises whatever the scale.
I feel the constant need to perform in the highest level and surpass all obstacles that may be presented along the way.
I am currently searching for new business opportunities and it will be a great pleasure to talk about productivity and problem-solving in an interview.
