Ø Manage Alfresco Server, PABX / IP Phone Administration and Polycom Video Conferencing Management, administrate Avaya / Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) such as users administration, monitoring and troubleshooting.

Ø Responsible for DATA-Center monitoring including Fire Alarm System FM 200 & CCTV management and Door alarm system.
