Completed all the PMs assigned to shift per spec & RFC and finishing up PMs that are not completed by previous shifts and made regular rounds on the SAQ/SAR/SAS tools to ensure that tools were running with no errors on the track or scanner.

Changing MCs per TO requests and running MLETs to make sure ENNE and SyCo are converged on all tools due to jump in ENNE or SyCo.

Reticle cycling from each load port to each IRL and from each IRL to reticle stage to ensure that after the repair there are no reticle handling issues that cause particle or scratches.

Responsible for operation support and troubleshooting with tool OOC, reticle inspection failure, tool idle, link WIP failure, focus spot, exposure issue and to disposition them according to spec and xRFC.
